Hi and welcome to Eloquence – The Public Speaking Club’s edition of HR Questionnaire With the CVs locked in and applications round the corner, the club has come with an awesome book – “How to answer (not) the HR questions”. Here is an excerpt from the upcoming book: HR: Tell me something that’s not in your resume. U: I’m BATMAN… (or) U: I believe RAJNI is GOD (This might get you a job!!!) HR: What is your greatest strength? U: I know my weakness HR: Great, what is your greatest weakness? U: I don’t know my strengths HR: How are you at solving conflict situations? U: Very good, I have been in a relationship for 6 years HR: Which functional division would you prefer? U: I prefer whatever division you would like me to work in. I’m very flexible and flexibility is driven by the ability to get the job. HR: Why should we hire you? U: If you don’t hire me, it would prove that the company’s management is incompetent HR: Describe yourself in one sentence U: I am dedicated, passionate, kind, warming, honest, awesome, super, chaotic, fun, entertaining, spaztastic, cool, insane, terrific, confusing, wonderful, crazy, beautiful, pure, marvelous independent, loving, bad, sweet, helpful, bewildered, different, amusing, killer, adventurous, difficult, hilarious, unique, sarcastic, smart, dull, argumentative, funny, artistic, amazing, dazzling, pretty, remarkable, plaid, trustworthy , perfect, respectful , patient, daring, unbelievable, quiet, intelligent, appreciated, shy, loud, brilliant, giving, selfless, loyal, and lastly random. (You might have to point out that it was one sentence to the HR personnel) The book will be out shortly, so make sure to follow us.
